A highly visible site extending to 9.14 acres (3.7 hectares) adjacent to the M8 and at the gateway to the Braehead Retail Park and Ferry Village. Outline Planning Consent was granted in October 2006 for a mixed use development incorporating residential, business and hotel.

In total 3.52 acres is available for hotel use which would accommodate a large fully serviced hotel.

The commercial element currently comprises circa 70 units.

The remaining area will be developed out for a range of complimentary commercial uses. It is expected that the main development will commence on site during 2008.
